By accessing or using Kaijla ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Kaijla is a customer success platform that provides:

  • Health score tracking and analytics

  • Integration with third-party services (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
  • Team collaboration features
  • AI-powered insights and recommendations

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

  • All activities that occur under your account

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
